Simona Dauphin joined Heart of Adoptions in 2025 as an Executive Assistant, supporting organizational leadership with a proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented approach. She plays a key role in coordinating daily operations, including employee support, marketing initiatives, and organizational events, while also ensuring that services are delivered with care, consistency, and respect for the families served.

Simona studied Cybersecurity at the University at Albany, SUNY, bringing a thoughtful, systems-oriented mindset and strong discretion to her work. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, she values clear communication and culturally responsive, mission-driven service. Raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Simona now enjoys Florida living and loves spending time at the beach. Outside of work, she is a proud dog mom to her miniature poodle, Beau, and is known for her warm, steady presence as a valued member of the Heart of Adoptions team.
