Rachelle Arnold joined Heart of Adoptions in January 2024 on a contractor basis and then as a part-time accounting assistant in July 2025. Rachelle was born in Tampa (Tampa General); however, her family moved to Texas when she was just a month old.  She’s been a proud Texan for 28 years. Rachelle started work as a secretary in her junior year through her high school’s office education program.  She has been in the administrative field since the age of 16, retiring in 2018 with experience in HR, accounting, and office management, to start her own business. Rachelle obtained certification of CPS and CAP (Certified Professional Secretary and Certified Administrative Professional) through IAAP / International Association of Administrative Professionals.
